Who controls your information

Information we collect

• Your email address and messages you send us.
• Public business contact details and public information about an indie game or studio where we send a relevant one-to-one business introduction.
• The Steam URL, game details, target audience, proposed ad budget, markets, available assets, campaign brief, and generated Reddit campaign you ask us to process.
• Order references, plan, amount, and payment status. Stripe processes card details; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
• Basic technical and security data such as IP-derived request information, timestamps, and error logs.

Why we use it

We use order and campaign information to perform our contract with you: taking payment, generating the product, delivering the private link, and providing support. We may use public business contact details for a limited, relevant one-to-one introduction where we believe Launch Loadout may help market a publicly listed indie game. We rely on our legitimate interests for this business outreach, respect objections immediately, and do not sell contact data. We use limited security and diagnostic information for our legitimate interests in preventing abuse and keeping the service reliable. We retain transaction information where necessary to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Services that process information for us

We use Vercel for hosting, Neon for database storage, Stripe for checkout and payment processing, OpenAI for campaign generation, and Resend for delivery email. We also retrieve public game information from Steam when you submit a Steam URL. These providers process information under their own terms and data-protection commitments. Some processing may occur outside the UK using the safeguards available to the relevant provider.

How long we keep it

Generated campaign content and the associated brief are ordinarily retained for up to 24 months so your private link continues to work. Support records are ordinarily kept for up to 24 months. Transaction records may be kept longer where tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal requirements apply. We may anonymise information instead of deleting it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal information. Email support@launchloadout.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where the law requires it. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and marketing

Launch Loadout does not currently use advertising cookies. We may send a small number of individually researched business introductions rather than bulk marketing. Every introduction identifies us and provides a simple way to object; we suppress that address from further outreach when asked. Stripe may use necessary technology on its hosted Checkout pages.

Security and private links

Campaign pages use long, unguessable magic links rather than accounts. Anyone with the link may be able to view the campaign, so do not publish or forward it. No internet service can promise absolute security.
