About these terms

These terms apply when you buy digital campaign content through Launch Loadout. Contact us at support@launchloadout.com.

Business customers only

Launch Loadout is offered only to people and organisations buying wholly or mainly for purposes connected with their trade, business, craft, or profession. By ordering, you confirm that the purchase is for business purposes. If you are acting as a consumer, do not place an order.

The product

Launch Loadout generates editable Reddit advertising material, targeting hypotheses, tracking links, and a test plan from the public Steam information and campaign brief you supply. The exact contents depend on the plan shown at checkout. Delivery is through a private web link and, where configured, a delivery email.

Your order and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Stripe handles payment on our behalf. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and we provide access to the private campaign workflow. You request that personalised digital supply begin immediately after payment.

Your responsibilities

• Provide information and creative assets you are entitled to use and that are accurate enough for the requested campaign.
• Review all claims, targets, community rules, dates, links, and product details before spending or publishing.
• Launch paid ads only through an advertising account you control and remain responsible for budgets, platform approval, replies, and results.
• Do not automate organic community posting or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or malicious material.
• Keep the private campaign link secure.

Generated material

Automated generation can make mistakes. Launch Loadout is an editing and planning accelerator, not a substitute for your factual review, legal review, platform compliance, or marketing judgement. Audience and community suggestions are hypotheses and must be checked before use. We do not promise ad approval, exact attribution, wishlists, sales, reviews, or any other commercial outcome.

Rights

You keep rights in the material you submit. Subject to third-party rights and payment of the order, you may use, edit, and publish the generated campaign for the game and studio described in the order. You give us permission to process your submitted material only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. You may not resell access to the generator or misrepresent Launch Loadout as your own software service.

Availability and corrections

If generation fails, the private link allows a safe retry. We may correct, suspend, or withdraw parts of the service for security, legal, provider, or reliability reasons. Contact support if a paid order cannot be delivered.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, failed campaigns, third-party platform changes, or publishing decisions made without reviewing the generated material. For a business purchase, our aggregate liability connected with an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Contact support first so we have a reasonable opportunity to resolve a problem. Nothing in these terms overrides rights or rules that cannot lawfully be excluded.
