If we cannot deliver
If a paid campaign does not generate, cannot be accessed, or is materially different from the plan described at checkout, contact support@launchloadout.com. We will first try to repair or regenerate it promptly. If we cannot deliver a usable pack, we will refund the affected order.
Personalised business content
Launch Loadout is supplied to business buyers only. Each pack is generated immediately and personalised to the submitted game and brief. At checkout, you ask us to begin that digital supply immediately. We do not promise a general change-of-mind cancellation once generation begins. This policy does not remove any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Requesting help or a refund
Contact us within 14 days of the order where possible. Include the delivery email, game name, and a short description of the problem. Do not send card details. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing time is outside our control.
Fair use
We may decline a discretionary refund where the complete pack was delivered and the request is based only on a change of mind, where the supplied brief was unlawful or materially misleading, or where substantial generated content has already been used. Mandatory legal remedies remain unaffected.
